1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

3. SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delivery can be affected by factors outside our control (customs, carrier delays, weather, etc.).

4. SHIPPING COSTS
Most orders qualify for free standard shipping. If a shipping fee applies to your order, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available for your shipping method. Please allow 2-5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.

6. MULTIPLE ITEMS / SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra for separate shipments.

7. DELAYS
While we work with reliable fulfillment and shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay affects your order.

8. UNDELIVERABLE / LOST PACKAGES
If your order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at miheshoponline@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to assist in redirecting or resolving the issue where possible.
