REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At MeS by MIHESHOP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us about an issue with your order.
2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at miheshoponline@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or a short video of the item and its packaging
Once we verify the issue, we will offer you, at no additional cost, one of the following:
- A free replacement item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
In most cases, you will not need to send the item back to us.
3. CHANGE OF MIND (NOT DEFECTIVE)
If you no longer want an item that is not defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are shipped internationally, we are generally unable to accept physical returns for change-of-mind requests, as return shipping costs and transit times make this impractical. Instead, depending on the item and situation, we may offer:
- A partial refund while you keep the item, or
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund if you arrange and cover return shipping to an address we provide
The specific option offered will depend on the product and circumstances and will be communicated to you by our support team on a case-by-case basis.
4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
5. HOW TO START A RETURN OR REFUND REQUEST
Email us at miheshoponline@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos/video where applicable. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund within the timeframe above, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at miheshoponline@gmail.com.
